Volunteersupport@npvn.ng – Npower Volunteers Support Center for Help

support.npvn.ng and volunteersupport@npvn.ng has been created to help npower beneficiaries who are looking for information.

Maybe you have a question to ask, a problem to get a solution or want to make inquiries or report, you can now use this two mediums to reach npower officials faster.

The first one is a self-service website while the second one is an email address where you can send all your complaints.

Support npvn ng has all the frequently asked questions. After checking it and you didn’t find what you are looking for, you can then send an email to volunteer support npvn ng and await a reply.

There are still others ways to reach out to npower and get a faster response. You can contact us on WhatsApp too. View npower Whatsapp numbers here.

Ok, having said all this, we are now going to guide you on how to use the official npower volunteers network support center.

Warning!

Do not use any of these channels if you don’t have something serious to say or complain about. We know that Nigerians are funny; some of us will dial the number to know if it’s going through while others will just call to say one funny thing or the other.

Do not abuse the use of npower support channels. Use them responsibly to help you and other npower volunteers.

Mostly, volunteersupport@npvn.ng was created to help those with deployment issues. There are some reasons you have not been deployed.

Maybe you did not update your profile (onboard) or any other thing that warrants you not to be deployed.

In that case, you will have to file a report to the volunteers@npvn.ng and wait for a solution on your deployment.

Those that have been deployed should go ahead and upload their deployment letter to the portal so as to get paid.

We do believe that you have learned how to use npower support center (support.npvn.ng) to resolve your problems. If so, then share this information with your friends using the social media icons below.

I am a beneficiary of ntax and just towards ending of the month of June I checked my npvn profile and I saw hold in my status, the reason of holding is that I have absconded from my ppa, and many other beneficiaries were also affected, and we immediately visited the chairman of the Ondo state board of internal revenue and he told us that our different station managers reported us, but to my surprise my station manager denied it, and immediately forwarded a letter to the chairman in which I saw the letter myself. Latter, the chairman requested for another report from the station managers in which the report was typed and signed by a newly posted station manager, but sir/ma up till now the situation still remain the same, I even heard that the Ondo state npower focal person visited the man but we don’t know much about their resolution, and to be frank I normally go to my ppa, please what is the situation over there?
